“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis and the Directors are confident that the business will have sufficient resources to meet its financial obligations in the year, and will not be dependent on financial support from the parent company, dnata Aviation Services Limited. In support of this position dnata Aviation Services Limited has confirmed that it will not require repayment of any outstanding funds loaned to the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. An analysis of future cashflows, obligations and commitments for a period exceeding 12 months from the date of signature has been performed and supports the position. In addition, the company maintains a financial guarantee from the penultimate parent company, dnata for all loans and lease liabilities.”
