“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has net current liabilities of £ 964,742 at 30 June 2025 (2024: net current liabilities of £999,424 as restated) and net assets of £645,047 (2024: net assets of £316,354 as restated). The company has the ongoing financial support of Tangerine Group Holdings Limited and the directors confirm that no intercompany loans will be called for repayment in the 12 months from approval of the accounts. The directors are of the opinion that the company can continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.”
