“The company made a profit for the year ended 31 December 2025 but had a deficiency of assets of £227,302 at that date. At 31 December 2025, an amount of £460,557 was due to the parent company. The parent company has confirmed that the group will continue to support the company and will provide funds to enable the company to meet its current and future obligations as they fall due and will not call for repayment of the amounts due until such time as the company has sufficient working capital. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
