“The directors have prepared budgets and cash flows for a period of at least twelve months from the date of the approval of the financial statements which demonstrate that there is no material uncertainty regarding the companys ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and to continue as a going concern. Based on the above assessment, the director confirms that he has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
