Material uncertainty over going concern
The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, the going concern assessment period, which indicates that, in a reasonably possible downside scenario, the Group may require additional funds, through funding from its ultimate parent company, D-Link Corporation, to meet its liabilities as they fall due. D-Link Corporation has indicated its intention to continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Group during the going concern assessment period. As with any Group placing reliance on other group entities for financial support, the Directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so.

Significant events
- “Subsequent to the balance sheet date, D-Link (Europe) Ltd. ceased to hold any equity interest in its wholly-owned subsidiary, D-Link Mediteraneo SRL. This change resulted from a capital increase undertaken by the ultimate parent company, D-Link Corporation, in which D-Link (Europe) Ltd. formally waived its subscription rights. As a result, the entire shareholding of D-Link (Europe) Ltd. in D-Link Mediteraneo SRL was extinguished.”
- “D-Link (Europe) Ltd, initiated the process to strike off two dormant subsidiaries, D-Link (UK) Ltd and D-Link (Holdings) Ltd from the UK company register. The strike-off applications were submitted on 7th of August, and the companies are expected to be formally dissolved within two months, subject to confirmation from Companies house.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
