“Based on the above considerations, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus they conclude that there is no material uncertainty over the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements. In reaching this conclusion; the directors have made enquiries of the parent company and received a letter from the parent company which confirms the parent's intention to continue to provide the financial and non-financial support which this company and group may require.
