Material uncertainty over going concern
On 31 March 2025, the company transferred its trade, assets, liabilities and employees to its parent undertaking under a hive up agreement. Following the hive up, the company ceased trading and now exists solely to complete certain legacy sales orders, as an agent for its parent undertaking, and to complete remaining administrative matters prior to being struck off. As a result, the directors consider that the going concern basis of accounting is not appropriate, and the 2025 financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern.
