“The directors consider that the Group (of which the company is part) has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Despite the net liability position presented in the consolidated balance sheet, the Group's forecasts, and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Group (of which the company is part) should be able to operate within the level of its current borrowing facility for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the annual report and consolidated financial statements.
