“The directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next twelve months from the date these financial statements were approved. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts up to the end of December 2026, considering the potential continued effects of current economic factors such as rising inflation, cost of living and potential impact on the wider economy of international conflicts and sanctions, and are comfortable that the Company has sufficient cash and working capital to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Company has also received a letter of support from Henry Schein One LLC, the Company's parent, confirming they will support the Company should they have insufficient cash to meet liabilities for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements for period ending 28 December 2024.”
