“The Directors believe that, having considered the Company's investment objective (see page 25), risk management policies (see pages 79 to 83), capital management policies and procedures (see page 84), principal and emerging risks (see pages 29 to 32), and the stress testing of the same, and the nature of the portfolio and expenditure projections, taking into account the heightened market volatility, the Company has adequate resources, an appropriate financial structure and suitable management arrangements in place.
