- Going concern
- Affirmed
“It is the duty of the directors to consider the ability of the group to continue to trade for the foreseeable future and in doing this the directors have considered any uncertainties in the market, available funding and any other economic factors which may impact the ability of the group to trade in the future. The directors are confident that the level of business expected for the group over the next financial year, combined with the current level of net cash resources means that the group does not expect to require further funding in order to continue its activities for the foreseeable future. There are no areas of material uncertainty that may have any impact on the group's business and the directors are therefore confident that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements of the group on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “The directors are pleased to report that the group continued to trade strongly, achieving sales of £17.0m (2024 - £13.3m) and profit before tax of £2.1m (2024 -0.4m). We have continued to innovate in the services we offer, with particular emphasis on increasing our efficiency, embracing the concept of the 'circular economy' to recycle and reuse waste aggregate material. This has helped to boost efficiency and provide cost savings to both the group and our customers whilst also reducing our overall carbon footprint. This approach, together with the hard work of our team has enabled us to continue optimising our business operations.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
