The directors have received confirmation that Petrotechnical Data Systems International Holding BV intends to support the company for a period of at least 13 months after the date of approval of these financial statements. There can, however, be no certainty that further restrictions will not be implemented/re-implemented in the future beyond those currently anticipated by the directors. Accordingly, these factors represent a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
