“The Group and the Company receives continued support from its related party Petrotechnical Data Systems International Holding BV and group members. The directors have received confirmation that Petrotechnical Data Systems International Holding BV intends to support the company for a period of at least 13 months after the date of approval of these financial statements. There can, however, be no certainty that further restrictions will not be implemented/re-implemented in the future beyond those currently anticipated by the directors. Accordingly, these factors represent a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
