“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The validity of this assumption is dependent upon continuing financial support from the parent company. The directors have received confirmation from the parent company that they will continue to financially support Cameron Homes Limited and will not recall the inter-company loan due from the company for at least the next twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements if this were to cause the company to be unable to pay its third party liabilities as they fall due. The directors have produced cash and trading forecasts reflecting a number of possible scenarios. The directors consider there to be no significant uncertainties in respect of preparing the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “The business performance in 2024 when compared to the prior year was an improvement, a 25% increase in turnover was driven through both increased unit delivery and mix, coupled with improved economic conditions. In the first half of 2025 the business alike to the industry has experienced an inconsistent sales rate, as reported by analysts it's a buyers' market, with more choice available to them, sellers are having to adjust prices to achieve a sale. The business outlook for H2 remains positive, predominantly due to launch of new outlets which will help diversify risk from a sales perspective.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
