Going concern
Affirmed

“After careful consideration of current trading performance, forecast profitability, cash flow projections, and the range of potential risks, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that Heritage Taverns has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The financial statements have been prepared using the going concern assumption as the Group remains profitable and cash generative and is expected to do so in the future. The Directors have taken into consideration the current economic conditions when making the assessment: The Group has external financing in the form of bank loans and mortgages but cashflow is expected to remain positive taking into consideration the costs associated with servicing this.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
