“At the balance sheet date and signing date, the company had net current liabilities of £8,801,050 (2024: £8,301,143) which adversely impacts the balance sheet position. The net current liabilities relate to amounts owed to group undertakings of £11,044,782 (2024: £10,990,510) who have confirmed that the repayment will not be sought within twelve months from the date of signing the accounts. The Company's ultimate parent, ILG of Switzerland, has confirmed its willingness to support the company for a period of 12 months from the date of these financial statements and not to call in the intercompany loan for a period of 12 months from the date of these financial statements. The implication of this, have been considered by the director in assessing the ability of the company to continue as a going concern. The director manages the financial effects of changes in the economic environment within which the company (and wider group) operates by making prompt and appropriate changes to operations and continue to monitor and stress test cashflows in order to be able to manage any response required to future events. On this basis the director considers Inter City Watch Company Limited to be a going concern for the purpose of preparing these financial statements.”
