“The Company has sufficient financial resources and has no current requirement for borrowing facilities due to its good liquidity position. As well as selling and maintaining a high quality, desirable product in respect of MercedesBenz Commercial Vehicles, there is an excellent working relationship with MercedesBenz. As a consequence, the directors believe that the company is well placed to manage the business risks under an improving economic climate.
