- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The company remains a going concern due to the cash management strategy, strategic forward planning, the availability of access to a revolving credit facility and ability to raise funds from existing shareholders in the future to satisfy the year on year growth in student numbers. The company has the continued support of its bankers, other lenders and creditors and has managed its cash flow position effectively. The directors are confident that the actions and activities already initiated alongside the company's cash management strategy are sufficient for the company to continue to trade for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
