Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “We have seen yet another year of uncertainty in a market with ever increasing news of company liquidations. This was the year we saw the demise of ISG ltd, and the fall-out from that continues to ripple through the market. Changes in America, and the re-election of Donald Trump, and his trade tariffs have caused the trading world to go into shock, and changes closer to home to NI and NMW, enforced significant increases in operating costs. All in all, a year to remember! Focus has been, and will remain on cash collection, credit control, and profitability. Credit insurance and the guidance it provides, have proved invaluable yet again and really remains a key focus for us all.”
