“The directors believe the company to be a going concern. The directors have performed the going concern assessment to cover the overall Ginger Topco Limited and its subsidiaries group on the basis the group has central financing and as such the bank debt is serviced from the trade of the whole group. The directors have prepared forecasts for the group, for which the company forms a part, for the forecast period to 31 March 2027. This includes an assessment of covenant compliance. On this basis the directors are satisfied that the group and company has adequate resources to continue as a going concern for a period of 12 months following the signing of the financial statements.”

This included key contracts with Premier League, ECB, BWF, BBC and ITV. Our contract with Star India was initially renewed but then lost as part of a broadcaster merger. The business successfully delivered services for clients on the UEFA Euro Championships in Germany, the Paris Olympics, the Super Bowl in New Orleans, the ICC T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies as well as a host of FIFA events, cementing its global reputation in delivering high end graphics services at these large, premier events. Its US subsidiary also secured 2 major new contracts in the US, delivering services from early 2025 to the MLS (Major League Soccer) whilst also winning its first NFL contract for CBS in what is a strategic growth region for the group. Management continues to build the AE Live presence in the US, targeting a position as a leading player in the US broadcasting industry.”
