“The directors have considered the impact on the ability of the Company and Group to continue as a Going Concern. In making their assessment the directors have prepared and critically reviewed the Company and Group's cash flow and management accounts forecast for the next 12 months and beyond and ensured that these forecasts are modelled on a suitably cautious basis. Despite the loss for the year and the balance sheet deficit the Group is forecast to return to profitability in the coming years partly to be achieved through significant expense savings notably though reduced headcount and savings in operational costs. Cash solvency remains strong, with Group cash balances at the time of finalising these financial statements in excess of £800k. As a result, the directors are confident that the Group and Company will be able to settle all liabilities as they fall due, in the normal course of business. Accordingly, the Group and Company have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis. Further information on the outlook of the business can be seen in the commentary provided in the Strategic, Chairman's and CEO's reports included within the Group's consolidated financial statements.”
