“The company has net current liabilities of £4,383,198 at 31 July 2025 (2024: net current liabilities of £4,282,909) and is dependent on the financial support of its immediate parent, Cardiff. Metropolitan University. The University has confirmed its willingness to provide this support for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. As a result, the directors believe it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
