  Material uncertainty over going concern

  In November 2025, the Company's immediate parent undertaking, Civica UK Limited, announced in November 2025 that it had decided to transfer the operations of the Company into Civica UK Limited with a target date of February 2026. After such date, Civica UK Limited would take on the trade, assets and liabilities of the Company. This has resulted in the financial statements being prepared on the break-up basis on 30 June 2025, and all assets were written down to their net book value as at 30 June 2025. As a result the going concern basis of preparation was not deemed appropriate and the financial statements have been prepared on a break-up basis.
