“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the director considers to be appropriate for the following reason: The director prepares monthly management accounts and a rolling 12 months financial forecast for the group. These indicate that the group would have sufficient funds available to meet its liabilities as and when they fell due for that period. Consequently, the director is confident that the group would have sufficient funds available to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months following the approval of the financial statements and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
