- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Board remains confident that the company will meet its obligations as they arise for the next 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements. The Board has also considered a possible scenario of significant decline in revenue in the foreseeable future such that it might impact the continued operation of the company and consider the possibility of such a scenario to be remote. The Board is therefore satisfied that the company has adequate resources available to it and will continue as a going concern, and accordingly the financial statements have been prepared on that basis.”
Significant events
- “In 2025 we continued our focus on developing the US market and established the US operating company, Cashfac LLC, recruited the early team, and established accounting and payroll support.”
- “It was good to see new contracts being signed in 2025, strengthening our presence in both the UK and US markets. These contracts have a minimum value over the contract term of around £1.7m.”
- “Customer retention levels were generally satisfactory in 2025 although we have included 2 terminations in the numbers above, one of which has been a long-planned migration by a bank partner to an inhouse build. Despite our best efforts in conducting financial due diligence and to recover the sums owed, we also recorded a write-off, marking the first instance of bad debt in over 20 years.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
