• “2024/2025 has been a productive year. The Trustees have attended additional meetings to the usual board meetings in order to update the way we assess risk.”
• “The board have continued to work on plans to develop our Netherfield site. Architect plans have been drawn up to reposition the stairs to incorporate a lift to allow individuals with limited mobility to access the upper floor.”
• “In February an internal financial audit was carried out by one of the Trustees. The audit is designed to request random financial information to ensure correct procedures are being adhered to, adopting robust segregation of duties and following appropriate levels of authorisation for expenditure transactions.”
