“The directors do not consider there to be any significant risks to the Company given the nature of the management services provided to its parent company, who have signed a letter of support indicating their intention and financial ability to support the Company for twelve months following the date of signature of these financial statements. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
