“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Directors have assessed the continued impact of challenging macro-economic factors on the business, preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts to determine its ability to meet debts as and when they fall due. In preparing these forecasts, the Directors have considered the current and future economic conditions that are expected to prevail over the period. The forecasts also include assumptions regarding the timing of expected cashflows in the future. Based on the analysis performed management concluded that the company has adequate financial resources to continue operating as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, the directors of Launch Diagnostics Limited therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basıs”
