The ultimate parent company has shown its commitment to the directors that it will provide continuous and sufficient financial resources to the company for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from approval of these financial statements. This will ensure liabilities are met as they fall due and will enable Oxerra UK Limited to carry on its business. The board of directors have concluded that the business will continue to demonstrate strong sales and increased levels of profitability throughout 2025. The demand for the companies key product ranges across all market sectors continues to be strong and has been further strengthened by the addition of new product ranges from the Oxerra Groups various Global production sites which continue to innovate new products via both well established and new manufacturing technologies. Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
