“The trustees assess the charity to be a going concern based on review of financial performance of the 2025/26 year to date, the management accounts forecast for the remainder of 2025/26, the 18 month rolling cash flow forecast, the confirmation of Arts Council England's funding commitment to FACT Liverpool for 2025/26 as part of its National Portfolio Organisations, and longer-term plans and forecasts for 2026/27 and beyond with no indication of a reduction in funding. As a result, the trustees are confident about the financial future of the charity and satisfied that these accounts are prepared on a going concern basis.”
