“After making enquiries, considering and taking into account the matters described above, the Directors of Maybank Securities (London) Limited have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period from the signature of these financial statements to 28 February 2027. For these reasons the Directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
