“The Board and management meet regularly during the year and continue to review the Company's financial position, budgets and forecasts in order to neutralise the potential financial impact from any significant downturn in trading. As a result of these reviews and projections, the Board and management have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least the following 12 months from the signing of these financial statements.
