“The directors have considered the sources of liquidity available to the Group and the Company, including the European treasury funding programme, the ability to access the European Commercial Paper market and committed and uncommitted bank lines. The credit rating of Toyota Motor Corporation (A+ S&P / A1 Moody's), as the ultimate parent, is also considered to support the ability of the Group to meet liabilities as required. The directors have concluded that the Group remains well funded and is expected to remain so for the foreseeable future, and for this reason they consider the going concern basis to continue to be appropriate.”
