“The directors of the company have completed a review of the company's working capital requirements, forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance. This shows that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The budgets and cash flow projections reflect the strength of the business and strategy both in the short and long-term demonstrating that the company will be able to meet its obligations and liabilities as they fall due. The directors have also noted that the company has the continued support of the parent undertaking if required. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.”
