“After reviewing the Company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have also reviewed the impact of other economical events on the Company and the Barker Ross Group as a whole. The Company is forecasting profits for a period of at least 12 months following the approval of the financial statements, maintains a healthy working capital position post year end and has access to headroom in relation to their invoice finance facility. The directors have confirmed that cash will made available to each company within the Group as and when required. Based on forecasted profitability, a healthy working capital position and available finance, the directors consider that the Company has the ability to continue as a going concern for the next 12 months and therefore the accounts are prepared on a going concern basis.”
