“The directors consider that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have therefore continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. Furthermore, Davies Turner Holdings PLC the ultimate parent company has also provided a letter of support indicating its willingness to provide financial support to assist the company in meeting its liabilities for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements, to the extent that funds are not otherwise available to meet such liabilities.”
