“The Financial Statements are prepared on a going concern basis, which the Directors have assessed to be appropriate. The Directors' going concern assessment period is for a period through to 30 September 2026 (the going concern period) and the Directors are satisfied that Fujitsu EMEA Plc will continue to have sufficient cash resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the period to 30 September 2026. As part of the review, the Directors prepared a cash flow forecast including plausible downside scenarios which cover the going concern period up to 30 September 2026. As a result, the Directors believe that there are no material uncertainties that lead to significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
