- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “We made the decision this year to move to a new custodian to give us the technological advantage and operational infrastructure that we require to support the business into the future. We are delighted with the move to Third Financial in October 2025.”
- “The migration of our custody, back office dealing, settlement and CASS functions from Platform Securities to Third Financial will offer operational and technological benefits from Q4 2025.”
- “A contingent liability existed at the end of the prior financial year with an estimated settlement value of £1,364,386 for costs associated with the acquisition of clients due to employees. During the current financial year, this liability was settled through the issue of 66,151 share options and the payment of £1,301,588 in commission payments.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
