“At the balance sheet date, the company made a pre-tax profit for the year of £1,316,822 (2023: £715,215) and had net liabilities of £1,490,118 (2023: £2,806,940). The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue to operate for the foreseeable future. In making their assessment of the future trading of the company, the board have prepared and reviewed cash flow forecasts for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and are satisfied that the company has sufficient cash resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
Significant events
- “The business delivered a slightly smaller number of events in 2024 versus the previous year, although many of those events increased in scale.”
- “The business continued to expand into additional areas of existing clients' business, and also won business on new clients in the year.”
- “The outlook for the global economy in the remainder of 2025 is more uncertain than it was at the beginning of the year, although low growth (as opposed to recession) is generally forecast by most established analysts. Inflation may rise in response to a 'trade war' entailing increased tariffs, and after a period of reducing interest rates it is possible that further cuts may be postponed.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
