“The directors have considered the ability of the Company to continue as a Going Concern. In making their assessment the directors have prepared and critically reviewed the Company's cash flow forecast for the next 12 months and ensured that this forecast is modelled on a suitably cautious basis. Based on these assessments the directors have concluded that the Company has adequate resources to continue in existence for the forseeable future as a Going Concern and accordingly these financial statements have been prepared on that basis.”
