“The Directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, taking into account detailed forecasts and cash flow projections covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These forecasts include sensitivity analysis reflecting potential downside scenarios, including reduced sales volumes and increased input costs. The Company operates asset-based lending facilities, including invoice financing and import facilities, which provide working capital aligned to trading levels. The Company also has access to support from its parent undertaking, which has confirmed its intention to provide financial assistance, if required, for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on this assessment, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The Directors have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
