“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis as their cash flow forecasts for the company show that they expect it to remain within its available funding facilities for the foreseeable future. The forecasts assume that the company expect to see a continued improvement in the company's results since the year end as a result of the improved opportunities in the market place following the strong foothold secured with Multi-Academy Trusts in the schools market. The company has since the year end continued to develop partnerships with various organisations which are expected to help with the continued performance of the company. Should the company not benefit from this in the foreseeable future, the directors are confident that additional cost savings can be quickly implemented to enable the company to continue to operate within the available facilities.”
