Going concern
Affirmed

“As at 30 April 2025, the Company had net current liabilities of £1,452,753 (2024: £1,106,978), however, the Company services its liabilities from cash generated by the operational success of the business. Long term financing of the business is provided by a mortgage with a remaining term of just over 3 years. Expenditure on acquiring and improving fixed assets is financed out of loans from directors and connected parties, details of which are set out in note 13. The directors and connected parties have confirmed that repayment of loans will only be taken if it is operationally and financially viable to do so within the going concern period and continue to provide support to the Company throughout the going concern period should it be required. ... As a result of the above, the directors have a high expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for the going concern period to end of October 2026. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-30 vs 2024-04-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
