“The Directors decided to cease external sales in the year. The Company is in a solvent position with significant intercompany balances owing from other operational group entities. It is envisaged that the Company will be retained as a dormant entity with the intercompany balances being cleared at an appropriate time. The Directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting as the Company has the potential to resume trading in the future.”
