- Going concern
- Affirmed
“For the year ending 31 December 2024, the Vindis Group generated a trading loss of £913K. This poor performance was a result of many different factors, some of which were within our control, others what were not. This was further compounded by high interest costs because of our vehicle stocking facility. ... Based on the detailed forecasts prepared by management, the board has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue to trade for the foreseeable future, being the period of at least 12 months form the date of signing and approving these financial statements. Accordingly, the board continues to adopt the going concern basis when preparing this Annual Report and Financial Statements.”

Significant events
- “2024 proved to be one of the most challenging years experienced by the company in recent times, with head winds coming from both macro-economic factors, new car supply and staffing.”
- “The group moved its offsite storage and fleet preparation to another external provider in the first half of the year which has seen a much better level of service and a cost reduction.”
- “The decision was made to close our Bentley new car site in Cambridge in Q3 due to the lack of demand. The group has used the site to launch a new venture called Three 10 Automotive, which sells and services premium used vehicles.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
