Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “In March 2024 we relocated from our London site where we have operated for over 50 years to our new head office and depot in Watford. This proved to be a challenging period for the business as we dealt with the winding down of our London site and relocation to our new head office and depot and the costs associated with the winding down of our London operations and clearance of the site, along with the financial costs of building new workshops for vehicle and plant maintenance and office space. This impacted the business with a decrease in both turnover and increase in costs.”
