“Given the level of free reserves available at the year end, the valuation of the investments and the agreed publishing contract and income from Wiley through its subsidiary entity, the Trustees consider that the Society has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, this is based on reviewing budgeted spend and those available resources for a period of 12 months through to the end of 2026. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis and the trustees do not believe there are any material uncertainties in relation to going concern.”
