- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company agreed an renewal amendment to its banking facilities on 16 December 2024. The Directors have prepared cash flow and profit forecasts to consider the Group's ability to manage its working capital, and to continue to pay its debts as they fall due and the ultimate parent company, namely Ardenton Capital Corporation have provided a letter of support to confirm they will fund any shortfalls in working capital for a period of no less than 12 months from the point at which these financial statements are signed. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events
- “On 15 March 2024, the company acquired the trade and assets of Paul White Limited and Tiger Feet Party Limited. This was a strategic acquisition to help secure the company's position as the largest wholesaler in the sector.”
- “In August 2024, the company's website, along with the Tiger Feet Party website, were both closed, and a new, combined site was launched.”
- “On 30 July 2024 the company changed its name to Tiger Feet Limited to capitalise on the brand awareness that came with the acquisition, and to detract from the belief that the company only sold cheap greeting cards.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
