“The directors have prepared forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and these show that the company is expected to have sufficient cash to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Financial support from the principal shareholder, Mr Vanthan Huot, will continue. Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting.”
