  The Company's business activities have been described above. It should be noted that the directors transferred the trade of Key Surgical Limited to two group companies in October 2022, and plan to liquidate the company in the future. The accounts have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern. The directors have determined that the accounting policies applied to individual items should be consistent with those adopted in the prior year. There have been no adjustments made to the financial statements as a result of adopting this basis of preparation.
